    Our strategic priorities are designed to drive significant progress and impact across our College community.

    1. Support staff daily to enhance skills and positively impact student outcomes.
    2. Develop environments that use Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles to promote responsible citizenship and innovation.
    3. Personalise academic programs to ignite excellence and empower students as global citizens.
    4. Diversify co-curricular programs to foster participation, growth and inclusivity for students.
    5. Create exceptional facilities that inspire teaching, learning and wellbeing.

    ​As we look towards the future, including our 50th Anniversary in 2032 and the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, our Strategic Plan outlines our bold strategic goals for the next three years leading up to 2027.

    SUSTAINABILITY 

    The College is dedicated to championing 
    sustainability across all operations and practices, committed to lowering our carbon footprint, reducing waste and embedding environmental stewardship in all we do. 

    STRENGTHEN ACADEMICS 

    Strengthen academic performance across the College, with an aspiration to exceed the state ATAR median and the national NAPLAN mean by 10% while preserving the College’s culture. 

    DATA INSIGHTS 

    Leverage data-driven insights to efficiently address student needs across online and on-campus environments, improving academic outcomes. 

    LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS 

    Enhance our innovative and dynamic learning environment, ensuring it supports and promotes the high performance of staff and students while maintaining the integrity of the College’s culture. 

    BUSINESS OPTIMISATION 

    Optimise the College’s administrative processes to reduce duplication, boost productivity, increase accuracy and transparency, and improve user experience. 

    EXCEPTIONAL FACILITIES 

    Develop high quality facilities that support the College’s growth and enhancement, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon infrastructure standards and the financial scope of a moderate-fee school. 

    GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP 

    Launch a global citizen’s outbound program for Upper Primary and Secondary students to develop their global competencies, deepen intercultural understanding and strengthen international partnerships without disrupting academic programs. 

    ACCOMMODATION 

    Enhance the boarding and homestay accommodation operations to deliver exceptional student experiences, ensuring financial sustainability. 

    PEOPLE AND CAPABILITY 

    Create and implement a leadership and capability development framework to attract, retain and advance our staff. ​
