Co-curricular and Extra-curricular Activities
The benefits of co-curricular activities in schools have been extensively researched and it has been found that students who participate in these activities develop higher academic results, better relationships at school and are more likely to lead healthy, active lifestyles when they leave school.
At JPC, we offer several programs that aid local charities and support groups, but also academic and sporting extra-curricular activities that do not form part of our JPC co-curricular programs.
The Opti-MINDS co-curricular helps to develop creative thinking and collaboration. With only six weeks to complete the Long- Term Challenge, Opti-MINDS requires effective time-management skills, organisation and determination. I recommend Opti-MINDS to anyone who relishes a challenge and enjoys developing new friendships.
